Personalized Veteran Memorial Wooden Plaque with Photo – Waving Flag & Pines

When a veteran is laid to rest, one folded flag goes home with one person. This personalized veteran memorial wooden plaque with photo gives his other children, grandchildren and friends a piece of his service to keep on their own shelf.

Your photo of him sits in front of a waving American flag, framed by dark pine trees and a setting sun over the hills. Below, a wood-grain banner carries the quote you choose, with his name and his branch and years of service on the dark panel underneath.

HOW TO PERSONALIZE

• Choose Quote, one of these five options:
• “The Flag Stayed With Mom. He Stays on My Shelf.”

• “Mom Kept the Flag. I Keep His Story.”
• Upload Photo (required)
